Counterbalance Forklift

• Model XPC1345 Counterbalance Forklift. This counterbalance walk behind electric forklift truck can raise to a height of 176" and has a 2860 pound capacity. Since it is a counterbalance forklift, there aren't any stabilization legs of the fork lift to get in the way when placing multiple loads side by side in tight areas or narrow aisle warehouses. Pallet Stacker XPC1345 Counterbalance Forklift is a perfect alternative to a sit down electric forklift. The forks of this counterbalance forklift will go all the way to the ground and it is possible to use forklift extensions on this type of blade. Power to this electric fork lift is provided by the included lead-acid batteries which is the most power efficient design possible since the electric motors are only in use while the electric forklift truck is actually moving. The batteries of this counterbalance forklift should easily hold a charge that will last an entire work day and then can be recharged overnight using the optional battery charger. Like the walk behind forklift model above, it is a counterbalanced forklift, so there aren't any stabilization legs to get in the way when placing multiple loads side by side in tight areas or narrow aisle warehouses. Electric Forklift Truck XPC1330 Pallet Stacker has all of the same features and benefits of the Pallet Stacker XPC1345 Counterbalanced Forklift but with a lower lift height and a more economical price point. The forks of this counterbalanced forklift will go all the way to the ground and it is possible to use forklift extensions on this type of blade; please refer to all safety requirements when using forklift extensions and realize that fork extensions reduce the load carrying capacity of the fork lift truck. Power is provided by the included lead-acid batteries which is the most power efficient design possible since the electric motors are only in use while the pallet stacker is actually moving. Other than a manual pallet stacker, this is the most energy efficient type of electric counterbalanced forklift truck and is the Green answer for forklifts, fork lift trucks, and pallet stackers. The batteries should easily hold a charge that will last an entire work day and then can be recharged overnight using the optional battery charger which also plugs into regular 110V single phase power. This type of counterbalanced forklift is also known as a counterweight design lift truck.

Manual Pallet Stacker

• Model XMM1016 Manual Pallet Stacker . This is a totally manual lift and manual drive walk behind forklift. This is the perfect forklift truck for use by a small business for loading and unloading trucks when you don't have a loading dock. This manual pallet stacker can handle lifting 2200 pounds up to a height of 63" which is more than high enough for any tractor trailer. To lift the pallet with the manual pallet stacker, you simply pump the handle which operates the hydraulic pump; hydraulic pressure raises the forks. To lower the forks of the manual pallet stacker, you squeeze the handle to release the pressure. Since there is no electric drive mechanism on this manual pallet stacker there are no batteries to charge or motors to maintain.

Pallet Stackers

• This is the next step up from the above forklift XMM1016 Manual Pallet Stacker. This is the forklift XM6516 Pallet Stackers . This pallet stacker model will handle 1430 pounds and lift to a height of 63". The electric fork lift truck system makes loading a truck as easy as pulling back the lever. Once lifted to truck height, you just push the forklift forward on its wheels. This forklift truck is popular for use as a work positioner where you use its lifting capability in a stationary position in a factory environment rather than the warehouse or loading dock.

Pallet Stacker

• This Pallet Stacker XM6525 Forklift Truck builds upon the capabilities of the XM6516 pallet stacker above and extends them to even higher lift heights, a total of 98". With its extra lift capability, this forklift pallet stacker not only loads and unloads trucks but then can also place pallets 3 high on racking. It is also a Semi-Electric pallet stacker model meaning it has electric lift mechanism and manual drive. This pallet stacker is a great alternative to the more complex and expensive fully electric pallet stacker forklift.

Electric Forklift Truck

• This is our most economical fully electric drive and electric forklift truck. This Model XP1229 Electric Forklift Truck will lift 2640 pounds and has a maximum lift height of 111". Since this is a "fork-over" design electric forklift truck, it is compact and has a very small turning radius for operation in narrow aisle warehouses and tight loading docks. The term "fork-over" electric forklift truck refers to the lifting forks which drop directly on top of the walkie stacker forklift stabilizing legs. This makes for a very compact electric forklift truck which is less expensive to manufacture and ship via freight and results in an economical forklift for the warehouse operator. This lift truck is great for unloading trucks as well stacking pallets and loading racks.

Electric Pallet Truck

• The Pallet Stacker XRS1224 Straddle Electric Pallet Truck is our entry level straddle leg stacker forklift electric pallet truck and can lift 2640 pounds and has a lift height of 95". The advantage of a straddle electric forklift over the fork-over design forklift described above is that the stabilization legs are wider on a straddle leg and are able to go one either side of the pallet you are lifting. Therefore, the forks on this electric pallet truck can drop directly onto the ground and you are able to lift either open bottom skids and also closed bottom shipping pallets. In many situations, having a walk behind forklift such as this is a productivity enhancer. Keep in mind that a straddle leg electric pallet truck forklift is much wider and therefore does not have as small a turning radius as other pallet stackers for maneuverability. Also, when placing pallets side by side, you will have to leave a space of approximately 6" to allow for the straddle legs to slide in.

Electric Pallet Stacker

• The Electric Pallet Stacker XRS1232 Straddle Leg Forklift is very similar to the forklift truck immediately above with the added capability of being to lift to a higher height, a total of 126". The other features such as straddle legs, electric lift and drive are the same on this electric pallet stacker.

Electric Pallet Stacker

• This is our most popular pallet stacker electric forklift truck. Many customers purchase this Electric Pallet Stacker to use either to unload the occasional truck, stack pallets or as a work positioner. The Model XM1030 Forklift Truck will lift 2200 pounds and has a maximum lift height of 122". Electric lift adds to warehouse / factory productivity while the manual drive is more economical to maintain. Overall this is our most popular electric pallet stacker.

Jack Pallet Scale

• A scale is integrated into this electric Jack Pallet Scale truck allowing you to move and weight a load simultaneously. The Electric Pallet Jack XJSC Pallet Jack Scale incorporates solid state load sensors connected to a digital scale indicator. You can run the scale either from batteries or the included AC power adapter. An electric pallet jack scale will typically save you money by reducing your freight costs due to re-weighs.
